Old seat mount 5 Years, 9 Months ago
Hi guys

I was just trying to put the old front and rear seat on my 06 Silverado. It has never been on since I picked it up. It seems to me that some type of bracket is missing for the rear pad. If I were to install it as is all that holds it down is the 6mm bolt at the rear. This would allow it to slide from side to side. To me this just doesn't seem right.
The question is, did the dealer forget to put a bracket in the box withh the old seat? If so does anyone have a photo of it that I can take into the dealership?

Thanks in advance.

The rear pillion pad has a bracket that the front of the seat hooks into..there should be 3 holes threaded in your fender for this bracket I had to remove it to fit the dual touring seat

Thanks guys. i guess they forgot to give it back. I'll have to go get it from them now. As long as they have not tossed it.
