I just ordered mine last week too as they said it was finally in stock. I should get it in a couple of days. Glad to hear it works as described. To install it do you just put it in between the harness right under the seat? I already changed out my blinkers to the Kury Silver Bullets, so I just put the red lenses on the rear.

The installation couldn't be more simple. I have a 2005 Silverado and the plug to the rear wheel is under the seat to the right and rear as you're looking toward the rear wheel - near the tool set. The plug is fastened there with a tie. All you have to do is unplug the two halves and insert the controller between the two halves. Its plugs match up perfectly. They even provide you with some dielectric grease to put in the connectors to protect against condensation, etc. There's a small flasher unit that plugs into the controller. With the unit in, the lights flash three times when you apply the brake. With it out, they come on without the flashing. I like the flashing action and left mine in. They give you an equalizer unit to plug into the device if your lights are flashing too quickly. Mine were just about right so I left it out.

With the unit installed the back of the bike is really lit up nicely. I'm thinking it enhances the look of the bike and certainly makes it safer for night riding!

Thanks pday! I thought that was probably the connector I need to use. It looks like there should be plenty of room under the seat to tie down the new unit.
