How fast are you going in those gears when you hit the gas? It doesn't slip in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd?

it slips in all gears when I get on it but it takes longer to "cetch up" in 4th and 5th

What oil are you using? Are you adding anything to the oil?

same oil dealer used (Yamaha)I'm on second oil change just comming up on 5K I'm changing to Mobel 1 V-Twin next week on my oil change that I will do myself. Do you think I could have burned the Oil in the parade?

Isn't there something about the Roadie clutch that always slips? Something inherent in its designs. Like a slipper or a damper.

My clutch doesn't slip at all. I get a real satisfying tug on the bars in every gear.

Don't know about burning the oil in the parade, but you did give the clutch a good workout, most likely. And if you aren't using oil with the proper ratings, according to some folks here on the forum, you're going to get clutch slippage because the roadies have wet clutches. You're oil change to Mobil 1 just may solve the problem for you.
