AIS Removal ??? 5 Years, 8 Months ago  
Any problems with warranty or passing emissions test when the AIS is removed?

Higly unlikely that problems could be related to AIS removal, although a dealer could refuse to do warrenty work if it was off.

Should be OK for emissions testing but the carb has to be set up a little lean.
