I purchased a brand new trunk from a guy on E-bay that is making exact duplicates of the harley king tour pak, minus a few items like the chrome on the sides. I paid $250. I then went to the harley dealer and purchased the hinges & latches for about $60.00. So that's a brand new tour pak. I had a wrap around backrest that I had purchased off ebay for $60.00 so all said and done I got a brand new tour pak for $370.00
That beats harley's price by a long shot and any guy out there that thinks you can only buy from the dealer and that's what he will base his price on is sadly mistaken! But if anybody else out there wants to buy my old tour pak which is in great shape and has chrome on it but needs to be painted, I will sell it.

All H-D riders aren't like that luckily. But there is always the 1 per cent who are jerks.

And the ones that are jerks would be jerks no matter what they ride. It's who they are, not what they ride.

In all my years on the net that is something that still stumps me. Why do people post things on the net.. act like jerks when you ask questions and then get ticked off when they don't sell it. It's a shame that common sense is dead.

Thankfully for every bad seller there is usually two others who are willing to answer questions and make a deal.
