Can anyone tell me of any good roads to ride here in Wisconsin or even in eastern Minnesota? I unfortunately don't have as much time to ride as i would like so i am unable to ride all of them to find the good ones.

Awesome!!
This goes right past my house -- Route 41 is literally at the exit of the cul-de-sac that I live on, and I used to take highway 41 over to Eagleville, where there's a private airfield. I used to fly my ultralight from there, and Tullahoma is only 15 minutes down the road from me.

If you are interested in scenic two laners check out the area around Lanesboro, MN. These roads are windy but run at times along the Root River. Nice area to stop and do some river rafting too.

just took a trip from mi to wis 600 miles and took us 2 up and around to wis to greenbay and awsom lake views all the way.if you go from wis and go see the bridge you have to take us 119 they call it the tunnle of trees what an experience buschman
