#107951 hammer (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 64 Home Made Lowers 3 Months, 3 Weeks ago   Ok I just read thru about 30 pages of post on lowers. "Buck's" are the way to go I understand that. I have $ invested in pipes and seat work and want to fabricate a set myself. I'm looking for some pic's of home made brackets...the plexi-glass looks to be the easy part. Less than $50 in supplies....less than $20 worth of supplies actually used. Tools: Drill press, jig saw, dremel tool, ratchet/wrenches. Shape the acrylic any way you want to make it your own. (I made 3 sets before I was happy) The uncoated aluminum angle stock polishes up pretty nice.
