Chroming stock wheels? 3 Months ago  
I found this guys bike on Roadstar riders.. I had to save it to my computer I just love this theme..The guy that painted it is named "Reefkeeper" based out of Ohio.. I talked to him about this paint job and its on the list for future things to do. He is selling it too..Ahh if I would have known before I got mine .. Anyways the wheels on the bike look stock but chromed .Has anyone chromed there stog mags like this? If so whats an average price for this job?

Seen 'em on E-bay a time or two , seems like they were in the 8-9 hundred dollar range with exchange. But , you still have to add bearings , seals , etc... to make 'em complete , so probably looking in the 1000.00 dollar range +/-. BB

The stock mags aren't real smooth. So unless they get polished smooth before the chroming they maight not look real good close up.

My local dealership was doing some work on a roadstar for a salesmans brother. The salesman took me to the back of the shop to show me what was being done. The wheels were the first thing I noticed. I was told that shipping and everything was $600. The chrome job was awesome. A company in california did the chromeing. I would recommend them to anyone. I can try to find out the name of the company if you would like
