Here in No.Calif. it's supposed to be 102 to 105 with humidity in the 30's. But I'm riding over to the coast for the weekend. Mid 70's to low 50's. Now that's riding weather!

It's soo tough dealing with this weather in So Cal. It's always sunny and in the mid 80s I just can't stand the fact I have to ride my R* everyday to work sometimes I wish it would rain so I could drive my truck and clear out the cobwebs from the wheels...oh wells I guess I will just have to deal

I was actually glad for the opportunity to drive the Heep, today. I need to pick up a monster sack of dogfood and although I've got a deep-cycle battery in the Heep, she needs to be driven at least once a week. The other night, I did button her up again, though. I put the top and doors back on and replaced the drain-hole covers in the floor. When it's nice enough for top-down weather, I'd rather take the bike.

It\'s easy to tell who your real friends are: Lock your dog and your wife in the trunk for an hour. When you open it, notice which one is happy to see you.

I aspire to retire as a TV weatherman in San Diego ... "Today starts with partly cloudy sky's burning off by noon and mostly sunny the remainder of the day. Highs in the low to mid 70's at the beaches." And just loop that for the entire week.
