The fine for cars/trucks is no where near it. One idiot I work with just got a ticket for doing about 95 in a 35. His ticket was around $600. I mean $600 is a lot but why the difference. I saw the ticket and then asked the logical question why. On the other hand, a recent road block to check driver's license, made me aware that I needed to get my safety inspection again. At eht stop I said, "What's up?" "Checking DLs" the officer said. "Got one" I replied pulling out my wallet. He looked it over and then pointed at the front of the bike, "Need to check that out." I freaked leaning over the bars thinking, "Oh no, something broke." "Your tag is a little late," he tells me. I remember seeing it on the news.
