I'm 54, riding since 1970, mostly backcountry and trail. Just got the Roadie in July.

I am old enough that I had to review the entire posting to see if I had already replied to this one! I am 53, got my first bike when I was 17, rode dirt, street, and touring a lot until I moved to South Florida 10 years later, not being used to major metro traffic gave it up for quite a while. Then about 11 years ago while living in Ohio I got back into riding a little. Then moved back to South Florida and stopped riding until 2 years ago. Then the Roadie came into my life and I have logged over 20,000 miles since and regret having let all those years slip by. I can't imagine not riding and plan to until I can hold a scooter up anymore  |

I am 54 soon to be 55, got my first bike and license when I was 13,living in Lake Tahoe NV.it was a street bike. I never looked back been rideing ever sence then,I have had my crashes but got back on, you got to if you love it!  |

Okay where are the old guys? Currently Curt is the oldest, and at 62 I'm the second oldest. I don't like that I want some Old guys. Getting ready to walk out the door for my 10 day ride, when I come back I want to see some really old guys.

52. Riding my whole life. Small bikes to start. In 75' bought my Guzzi off the CHP in LA. Still have it and ride it. 142k on it and it rides perfect. Never had a small bike since. 2 Ventures, 2 Goldwings, Royal Star, Electra Glide, Drifter........Now the R*. Started riding street so I could white line the Ventura and Santa Monica freeways to my job at LAX. Now I just enjoy it. |

Im 48 ..started on a 3.5 hp minibike at 8 ....had a bike of some kind since...mostly dirtbikes...until 2000...bought a 83 goldwing rode it until 07...then bought the R*......really like the feel of the bike.. |

My Name is Scott Morrison, I am a member of the Canadian Military, have served for 25 plus years, I drive a 2000 1600 Road Star Silverado, just got it last week, have been riding since 1982, have had 9 different bikes, married w/ three kids,live in New Brunswick.
