Anyone considering putting the bike away yet? I have freinds that have. If I ride like last year when its only 7 degrees out I figure I have until the new year. So how long is your season?

13 months a year (baker's year ). I ride a lot. Live in AZ. As cold as 18F as hot as 120F (both ends of this spectrum are very uncomfortable ). Somewhere in the middle is nice, preferably smack dab in the middle is perfect . Just had to break out a light pullover for the first time this morning for the 1st time since early spring.

As long as there is no ice I will ride year round. I have a heated vest and a 1 piece suit to stay warm. The only thing is if its wet out I ride the RF900, not that it handles better just its much easier to clean.

I rode year round last year. I will admit that I got into some of the stuff they put on roads around to melt the ice and it did some damage to my rear wheel though. If you ride in the winter in Indiana, wash the bike when you get back.
