Without being able to see the spot JB weld leaps to mind if it can't be spot welded .If I remember correctly those pipes are solid and by that I mean the heat shields and pipes to the cans are welded in place and it is all together when you get them right????..Coug

I think he's refering to where the baffles slip over the head pipes, Coug. it's a rather loose fit so the baffles can be removed, the part that bother's me about them is they rattle... everything else is welded so not much chance of getting to the joint, the jb weld might be a good fix if you don't plan on removing them..

Header wrap might be a possibility...I dont like all those sealers as they tend to crack .... but maybe I just never got the hang of them ...Coug

Not quite sure I understand but if the baffle is loose inside the pipe (and rattles) you can wrap some metal tape around the baffle until it's snug of put a set screw into the baffle to take up the space.

I'm not sure I understand. The pipes have no seams and are 1 piece to the exhaust ecept an inch or so with the heat shield.

Is it leaking at the gasket?? Or is it at the end of the pipe??

It seems to be at the baffles it is hard to get the the baffles from the underside but if you hold your hand near the last opening in the heat sheild you can feel the leek
