Platinum Boarder Posts: 1141 Re:License Plate Ticket 2 Months, 2 Weeks ago   I find it hard to believe, that if my bike will pass inspection in the state of PA and I ride into "where ever land" that I can be ticketed. I am legal in PA and titled in PA. Just because the law is different in another state, I am not registered in that state and shouldn't be subject to their laws of inspection. I think you could fight that, but it would probably cost you more in lawyer fees than the ticket would be.
