Hey, anyone out there ever use a product like these? What do you think of them? I couldn't get it to show as a "click on" link but here it is, cut and paste.

They look good. I've seen people who ride bicycles year-round in Japan, using something similar. I've bookmarked it. If you decide to get 'em, I'd like to hear your review of them.

I clicked on the link and it worked just like it should! Looks like it might be good for the "northern reaches." But here in Florida I hope they are not necessary!

will do Frank, I might ride down there this weekend and see them on the bike and give them a dry-run. That place "Scootworks" is fairly close and they have lots of greta stuff for metrics of all types.

covers up the chrome... isn't that against the law or a sin or something? Don't want to have to remove to see my grips? That's just me. The only thing's I can't do with winter gloves on is light a cigarette and put my chin strap on. Interesting concept though.

I've seen them used in the winter in Korea, maybe its an Asian thing. I've meant to look into them, thanks for the reminder.

I've seen something simular up here in the cold cold north, they are made for ATV's and Motorcycles (according to the MFG)but they go all the way accross and are lined with real wool. They were about $100. A store up here called Fleet Farm carry's them. I don't know if they have them on line. If I can get a picture or more information about them, I'll post it.

They are made by a company called "Raider". Could not find a website for them. I will go to FF and see if I can get any other info.

Re:handlebar chaps 3 Weeks, 4 Days ago
I just bought a pair of these from Scootworks:

Doesn't cover up the chrome, but looks like it'll keep my hands from getting frozen.
