We have a tree and a good rope for weather men in Texas that call for weather like this.

That's funny I look out the window and my Roadie is getting hot sitting out in the sun with grapevines behind it beginning to turn a nice shade of yellow.

Happy days from the Napa Valley where the harvest is just about over and some of the tourists have left!

Yeah I will definately miss the mountains. I have spent my whole life running around in them hills. I am a 6th generation Colorado native. My family was here before it was even a state so leaving here will be hard for us to do. We are totally leaving everyting behind. Selling everything, giving away what we dont sell, loading up the bike and going. Leaving the kids...who are all grown up, will be another blessing disguised as a heartache, if that makes any sense, but we have our reasons I guess. Its just gonna be tough to just walk away. On the upside, wifey's mom and grandparents are there and we are going to take the long way there so we can run thru NC for me to check on some family history there...family got there in the late 1600's and a branch of them are still there and I want to track down some grave sites in Guilford county. Plus I wanna check out all the stuff I have found with the family name....like streets and athletic center and stuff like that. Should be cool. There is a lot therre as we have a LONG history in NC.

its cool that you can track your family back that far. You've apparently thought this through. Personally, I'm tired of the heat of Arizona and Colorado sounds good to me.
