I did a 750 Plus in 14 hours this summer 2 up on Ultimate seats, we both could have gone 300 more easily. My bike has just started to run right now so it's on the list for next year. MC

Experience is a tough way to learn ... because, you get the test first and the lesson afterwards.

Unless I decide to drop the bucks on new seats I'll have to stay with the Fat Butt rides. (However long my fat butt can stand it! )

We rode 625 miles in 12 hours, Las Vegas, New Mexico to Killeen, Texas. We had the stock seats, rode with not problem.

Yes it can, they would prefer that the route not repeat itself, but yes. Just make sure you read the rules and have a witness at both ends. The website spells it out in detail.

yeah, you'll need a receipt at the midpoint that clearly shows you got where you're saying. JW is right, they prefer a route that isn't there and back. For example we went from Phoenix to Las Cruces, NM, to Albuquerque, NM, to Flagstaff, AZ to Phoenix. About 1,080 miles. This was a route that wasn't say to Albuequerque and back, which is what you're talking about. Personally, I prefer it this way as you don't feel like you're back tracking your steps and you get to see more country. You can't ride say 100 mile stretch 10 times, they don't allow that.

Rayjay, I don't think that qualifies for Iron Butt, maybe wooden butt or desk jock?
If there is a pin or a sticker for it, we better get a lot of them, there are typically more than 100 people on this site at any given time, I'm one of them!
We need a smiley face for that I think
