Ok here ya go. This is the avg. up untill (Butter Beans post).

101- People adding up to 4896 years.
4896 divided by 101 == 48.475 Years Average !!

Oldest Rider at a young 70 is LOADMASTER (may you have many more years Bro )
Youngest Rider at an old 22 is SILVASILV (only 18 more years till ya start making the oldman noises when ya get out of bed Bro)

Seems that alot of us went on an average hyatis of 15-25 years untill getting back in the saddle. Guess raising the kids were important to us. Most of us grew up on dirt bikes and graduated onto bigger and better bikes.

I guess I'm just a kid. 45 for a few more weeks.

Re:Age 1 Year ago
OK, I'll admit to turning 63 this past August so I suspect that will help bring the average up. Been on motorcycles since I was 24 years old. Started with a Honda 350 in Japan, bumped up to 450, a few more odd bikes here and there and have ended up with my '02 Silverado. Went out Sunday for a short ride, left at 9:00 a.m. and didn't get back until 3:30. Short, but not too short. Had to fill her up just to get back home.

I just turned 49 this month. Been riding since I was 10. Started on an old Bultaco dirt bike my dad bought me to run around the farm on! Think it was a wopping 50cc. then moved up from there as I got to big for that bike fast!

57 now. Started riding when I was 11 on a Sears scooter. Progressed to dirt bikes, Yamaha 125cc & a Puch 175cc. First road bike was a 650cc Triumph Tiger. I took a 30 year hiatus from owning but still road occasionally. Bought my 2000 RS last October and logged 300+ days in the saddle. The coldest was 27 degrees and the hottest was 102. Love the bike and love to ride.
