Check out the video about them. She uses them like a bandana or headscarf to keep the hair out of her way. I'm considering one of the ultimate ones to keep the wind off my head/neck/face this winter. This morning, I wore it as a scarf and pulled it up over my nose and mouth, since my neck and lower face are always the things that get the coldest.
