I posted a thread a few months back re: stripped screws on my headlight housing. I bought a dremel and tried to cut a workable notch, etc. I think I may have just made things worse.
Stopped by the local dealer this afternoon to see how they would respond. Service Mgr said he'd get them out for me. The first one came out easily with an impact driver. He had a tech dremel a better slot in the other one and also got it out with the impact driver. Then, the tech chad to cut down a few screws to get replacements.
When they were done, they said "ok, you're good to go." No charge. In less than an hour, they took care of something I have fretted over and tinkered with for weeks.
I tipped out the tech, and left feeling like something finally went my way! They aren't all bad.

Awesome... I've got a dealer like that, too. Just fantastic people and easy to work with, and they aren't trying to screw everyone out of every nickel and dime. Congratulations. You've got a keeper. Congrats on the fix, too. |

My dealer did me right as well a couple of weeks ago and because of that they'll get some more of my $$$$ and a 12 pack of beer. An ounce of true customer service goes a long way!!
