If you're interested in a ride for a good cause with the addition of an after ride gig where you can donate stuff to be sent to our troops overseas for the holidays. It would be nice to meet some Roadie Riders from around here.

Dec. 7 Marietta, GA. Earl Small’s Harley-Davidson Christmas Toy Ride. Register 11am at 993 South Cobb Drive. Bring one new unwrapped toy per person. Police Escorted Ride departs 1pm and ends at Fat Cats in Austell for the Full Throttle Magazine 7th Anniversary Party. Toys benefit the Shriner’s Childrens Hospital.

At the end of the ride you can also enjoy the food, music and give-aways. You can be a part of the "Comfort and Joy" Drive which helps support our troops by bringing some items to be shipped directly overseas in time for Christmas. Here's a list of things that they want/need:

Beef Jerky, Slim Jims, Drink Singles (Gatorade, Kool Aid, Crystal Lite, Lemonade),Package Tuna, Sunflower Seeds, Raisins, Twizzlers, Granola Bars, Canned Fruit, Power Bars, Trail Mix, Peanuts, Foot Powder, Dental Floss, Hand Sanitizer, Mens Deodorant, Shaving Gel, Disposable Razors, Travel Mouthwash, Toothbrushes, Lip Balm, DVD movies, Cross Word Puzzles, Beanie Weenies, Ravioli, Spam, Jif to Go, Peanut Butter Tubs, Soups, Q-Tips, Baby Wipes, Hard Candy, Chewing Gum, Toothpaste, Microwaveable Meals and Dryer Sheets.

Sounds like a nice get together M7..I think the weather will be a big concern for some of us tho..but who knows, It may be 70F.........
