Home Made Lowers 5 Months ago
Ok I just read thru about 30 pages of post on lowers. "Buck's" are the way to go I understand that. I have $ invested in pipes and seat work and want to fabricate a set myself. I'm looking for some pic's of home made brackets...the plexi-glass looks to be the easy part. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Supplies: 2" angle aluminum, acrylic, nuts/bolts, Meguires metal polish. Less than $50 in supplies....less than $20 worth of supplies actually used.

Tools: Drill press, jig saw, dremel tool, ratchet/wrenches.

Shape the acrylic any way you want to make it your own. (I made 3 sets before I was happy)

The uncoated aluminum angle stock polishes up pretty nice. Not quite chrome quality, but good enough for a cheap bastard like me.
