Friend of mine went by the other day - same report - prices out the waazoo and no one in the showroom. Everything is an extra - white walls, color paint, passenger seat.

On the bright side he said the t-shirts were only $35.00

tommyt - are you in the Charlotte area? I am in Waxhaw. Ever do any of the Larson rides?

Yeah.... But without the fringe and the massive front fender. Oh wait: Then it would look like a Road Star!

Those Indians don't do a thing for me. I think the second go around was a better looking bike. If I was going for American iron I would chose the Victory Kingpin Tour! $16,000 and some change.

They look and sound amazing in person too! This 'will" be my next bike................someday.

I hear good things about the Victory. Shame there are not more dealers. But they have been at it 10 years and still going. that says something.

The largest Victory dealer in the universe is just up the road from me in Foxboro, MA... but, alas, I really don't like the looks of most of them.

I'll take my R* over any of them. Good bikes though... I'll grant them that!

Good bikes. My Yami/Honda/Kawa/Zuk dealer has a bunch of 'em. They are a little pricey, though. I don't like the lines of 'em as much as I like the lines on the Roadie.

If it were mine, I'd get spoked wheels, drop the garbage off the back of it, and either lose the saddlebags, or else go with a set of soft ones. I'd throw on straight pipes like V&H Longshots, and probably get rid of the windshield, too. (And I'd definitely get a different color. Good grief!) I'd have to bob the fenders, too.
