Here we are into January. Winter has its grip across most of the lower 48 states. Just curious who is still riding and who is not. I have seen temps into the single digits... I would have to pass riding in that.
As for me here in NE Florida the morning temp will dip to about 38. I am still riding.  Not sure what my lower threshold is anymore having lived here for 20 years.
Whats your story... who is and who is not? |

here in southeast texas its 78 ride to work 27 miles one way about 35 to 43 6am dress worm and hope you can get everything in bags for trip home I know you guys in the north hate us but we dont mind people moving south Ive only seen snow 4 times on the ground and Im 58. hope you guys warm up by spring ,see yaull later

Just got back from a ride - about 44 degrees, and the wind at 70 mph felt like it was about 20 degrees. I just wear layers (leather, collared fleece, t-shirt, neck warmer thingy). Still friggin cold though. I must say, it's well-worth it.. I can't stop riding.

A cold front came in to Miami yesterday afternoon and spoiled my evening plans. It got down to 54°F. Shucks!

You guys down south are just rubbing it in... It was 14 degree here (northern Indiana) this morning, and got to a high in the low 20s. My bike is on a jack, battery out, all covered up for the winter. It's even too cold to ride in a car (pleasently) for the first 10 minutes. It sucks!!  |

I ruined my rear wheel last winter riding and not getting all the salt off. I vowed to not get the back out this winter until the salt was off the roads. Hope I can get the vow. 
To those of you in warm weather states, may a camel with a weak bladder find your lemonade. |

Still riding but, have been caging it for the last 2 weeks cause I have needed my truck for work
