Anybody seen these from Michelin? Looks like they could be the future...no blowouts--ever! And NO, those illustrations are not "cutouts"--that's the way they look!

Very cool, no blow outs, no flats, don't have to worry about running things over, will it leak, go flat.. Nice!!
I used to have an airless tube on a bicycle when I lived out in the desert (California) Could run stuff over and not have to worry about it. They can be a little bit heavier than a tire with air thou.

The car version has been around for a few years and hasn't caught on but I've never seen the cycle version I really thought once they started producing hy bryds and electric they would.

Seems like a great idea to me. I'm all for it. I'm wondering what kind of noise they make though. Think there's a whine or something as the aid moves through the area between the wheel and the tread?
A fat tired motorcycle will never look the same, that's for sure.
