Coug for a minute there I thought you were combining an oil thread with a light thread. I was getting ready for 60 posts at least. I find that if I use synthetic motorcycle oil the lamps last longer than if I touch them with synthetic car oil.....Also if you're going to clean them with alcohol do you use isopropyl? I like to use Gin myself, a little for the lamp a little more for me... Damn I'm a smartass.
