What I don't understand is why can't they be sold to an adult? Why do they all have to be pulled? I don't know of any dealer around me that would sell a dirt bike to an 8 year old kid. They sell them to the adult. If, as an adult, I want to buy myself a little tiny dirtbike, I should be able to. If I want to let my kid ride that dirtbike then that is none of their business.

dvblair: Has anyone cut off the heel portion of the shifter? I never use it and would like to have the extra room. I would like to remove it but it looks like you would need a spacer on the shaft and I'm not sure ...
