It has a AM/FM Casette stereo with an MP3 input. I got a car am fm cd player in it mounted on the handlebars of my Roadstar. Had it on my 81 xs1100, 99 R*, 04 R* and now on my 06 R*. It'll skip on a big enough bump and sometimes if you race the bike the vibes get to it but other than that it works great. At 70-80 mph it gets a little harder to hear unless you know the song your listening to, truly wouldn't be without it on almost any ride long or short. If it was too much a pain would have thrown it out years ago. Check out this site it has some interesting set ups. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and I think they still offer a couple of designs. I think I rather have a casset player with a MP3 aux plug. I now use a MP3 player with head sets and a splitter so the woman on back can enjoy the tunes as well. Gold Boarder Posts: 873 Re:Radio 5 Years, 3 Months ago   Get yourself an Autocom ( www.autocomamerica.com/ ), fully self contained, full featured intercom between driver and passenger, full stereo audio, hook up for your cell phone, favorite audio player, bike to bike communication ( the transciever you have to buy ) and more. I put one on my Roadie, my son and I can talk bike to bike even at interstate speeds. And its nice not having to &quot;knock helmets&quot; with the wife to tell her something!
