Too true, BB. You gotta figure, to the people in Florida, You guys in Georgia are Northerners...and the people in Florida aren't even considered Southerners! OK, well, the people up in the Okeefenokee Swamp area near the GA border, THEY'RE Southerners...REALLY... That swamp trip was a kick in the pants...

Personally, I loved the people is MS when I lived there. I'd move South in a heartbeat. If there were jobs. <sigh>

Loved my Roadie , but could not get enough seat room. And I was not prepared to de-horn it for room , so I moved up to the 'Liner. I still sit back as far as I comfortably can , would take another inch or two , if it was available. BB

Your not that far north of me, that would be like someone in Mississippi calling someone in Georgia a southerner If you were in Toronto, you would actually be South of ME.

Here in northern New Hampshire, we consider Massachusetts "down south"

I lived in Nashville, TN for several years. Although the people were very friendly, they gave me a real hard time about being a yankee. To most of the locals I hung out with, the civil war was not over, just suspended. LOL ... thats not anything I can relate to!

I guess we are all a product of our upbringing, so I am happy to be back north, despite road salt

(road salt = evil)

I am from Missouri and it seems everyone north of here considers us Southerners or Hillbillys. I guess it really makes no difference where you are from. Just be glad we have different Cultures and topagraphy to enjoy on our rides.
