Give it a couple days Frank. Saddleman is a good product. I don't know if you ordered directly from them or a distributor but remember that a lot of companies have cut back on weekend help. Just may be that they have a skeleton crew on the weekends. Give them a call. I have a saddleman pack and love it. Easy to load, easy to install and easy to get into when on the bike.
