Just installed the Barons Kickback risers, and noticed that even all tightened up they move some. I know they should for vibration dampening, but how much is OK. I still have to reroute the lines as they are pretty tight. Thanks for any info!

I raised mine 4 1/2" & back 1 1/2". I had to get used to the movement too. The bars always moved in the bushing but that movement is amplified in the extra riser length. Just take some getting used to. Now, after a few rides, I love the location & control feels even better now. Had to reroute every thing but the throttle cables behind the trees. (see pic) Tried to reroute the throttle cables for a cleaner look but it seemed too tight of a bend. They're snug in the new position but not tight.

I loosened the banjo fitting at the front M/cyl & rotated it down to get enough slack in it. If you go that route be sure to wrap a rag around the fitting to keep the drop of brake fluid you're going to get off your tank.

If you're looking at the sigpic, that was before the new risers. The top pic is after. I've made a lot of changes this winter. I gotta' get a new sigpic.

my barons kickbacks were tight, like was said you just have to re route, the brake will be tight but i kept stocker...what you can do is loosen up the bolts holding the master cylinder to bar and slide whole assembly up the bar about a half inch and it will give some more slack
