not to be a smart *** but 20 db = a X100 change sorry about to do my ultrasound physics board so had to memorize all that lol 10 db = x10 change so 20 db is x10 and then x10 that new number

Papa Bear: with a new battery installed, i get all lights and electronics functioning when I push the starter button, but only a click. No starter rotation at all. Prognosis please? Papa Bear
