Oil smoke is typically blue. My daily driver is a '93 Jaguar XJS Coupe with the 4.0 litre in-line 6... they all have poor valve guide seals, so I have a regular daily ocurrence of burning some oil upon start-up... and it's always blue. Oh, excuse me... I just got a call from AlGore....
