#208821 joker_13 (User) Fresh Boarder Posts: 99 Riding with passengers 4 Months ago   How do you guys like it??? For years I rode solo, then with the wifey for a bit. Parked the bike for a while, and just kept thinking that "I really don't like riding 2 up"...but didt know why,...until I took the wifey out on the bike a couple days ago..... Also, get her to park her chin on your left shoulder and keep it there. It'll put an end to the "Headbanger's Ball." That said, I don't like riding with a pillion. The bike handles differently. Also, if something happens and I tear myself up, well... I'll heal and deal. Easier to control the bike. Unless you have an experienced rider on the back, it can be a chore to control the bike at slower speeds and can be downright dangerous in curves. My ex was an experienced rider, but my current (last) wife isn't. She has not been on this one with me and I don't want her with me. In fact, I took the pillion off of mine. Accually I cut a peice of bathroom rug and place it under the stck seat, the soft rubber under the rug keeps the seat in place.
