Carbon Fiber Helmet? 2 Years, 4 Months ago

Hey Im thinking of buying a carbon fiber helmet and need some advice. It seems the more research I do the more I get confused. I know I want and think I can get a carbon fiber/kevlar mix helmet that should be about 3/4 of an inch thick. (thats total thickness from inside liner to outside of helmet) What I need is those of you that have them to give me some feedback on your helmet and also the maker of your helmet. I dont want to spend 180 bucks and end up with a helmet that looks like carbon fiber and is as thick as the half helmet I wear now (about an inch and a quarter). Thanks for your help.
