You know that the helmet data is ascu they admitted that. I would never discourage just caution what you buy. No, don't mean the if you have a 2.00 dollar head crap. Makes sure it fit snug and the strap is comfortable yet tight. I speak first hand having seen many accidents in 24 years as a medic. An improper helmet can be more dangerous than you would ever imagine.

They could do a real study nation wide most states base funding on ems reported data. PITA for medics takes 20 to 30 mins and no real input just a bunch of boxes and need to make everything fit some situation. Same with fire guess nothing is perfect it's a start.
