A friend of mine on another site says that if you haven't dropped your scoot, take a little ball pean hammer and tap it where no one can see it . That way you know its been dinged, sooner or later you will drop your scoot...

An old dude in my neighborhood ran his farm outside of town. He told me that every time he had to buy a new farm truck, the first thing he'd do is kick a dent in one of the quarter-panels. That way it reminded him it was "just a work truck" and got the first ding out of the way early!

Any man who may be asked in this century what he did to make his life worthwhile, I think can respond with a good deal of pride and satisfaction: I SERVED IN THE UNITED STATES NAVY. John F. Kennedy Aug. 1963

That's a major bummer, but accidents happen, right?

Me, on the other hand, just went for a ride knowing I had a dead battery, off a short charge. Just knew I couldn't stop. About 10 miles away I let out the clutch to early pulling from a side street to a main road up a hill, and stalled it. Wouldn't start again, so I turned around and tried to roll down and bump it, but the bike was definitely NOT having any of that...

Bonehead moves...here's mine

Sitting on the bike in the garage (weather was crap) to get my fix. After a few minutes, went to get off the bike forgot the stand was up! Sort of caught the bike but not before she was laying down. Luckily, only a small scratch on the underside of the bag, a loose highway peg and an upset stomach.
