Well with the prices of bags and the limited number in brown that I like, I finally decided to try to change the looks of an old set that I had laying around from an old bike. So thought I would send some pics and see what you guys might think of this latest crazy idea of mine, as always good and bad is welcome.

glued together ready to be sewn together



May take me a couple days to get to the sewing machine, mine here at the house just isn't big enough to get through it without it looking like crap, there is a neat old gentleman here that runs a shoe repair shop and he has agreed to do the sewing for me. Then I can get them back together and put all the hardware on. Will keep you updated if this works out.
