I figured as long as I have mine off I might as well get it chromed and braided hoses put on it.

Most kits are comparable in design and cost (typically $12-15). I chose the MaxAir AIS Removal Kit, however, because it includes a vacuum cap for the vacuum inlet on the manifold. The inlet must be plugged after you remove the vaccum line from the smog filter.

Now, for instructions, these are the best I've seen:

After having just done this very thing, I have tweaked the instructions and have a revised version at home. Let me know if you're interested and I can e-mail you a copy.

There's also the Barons kit which is what I used on my 06 Road*Just my two cents,hope it helps.

I got my kit on ebay for 8 bucks. Simple to do took less than an hour
