I love to see these bikes with this kind of miles still running well...another reason why we ride em!

First thing that caught my eye was that BAK. That's a cool design that I haven't seen before.

I'm kinda liking the flex-pipe-ish looking headpipes on the exhaust. Something different rather than all the chromed out heatshields. Not that there's anything wrong with chrome.

110k miles in 5yrs, though an "01", it only had 1100 miles when I got her. I know of someone with a "99" in NC that topped 200k about 8 months ago, and I heard of another with over 250k. Just plan to keep her for a bit.

Dang, you guys go some serious riding. I have an 05' and I was giddy because I now have a little under 8K. I swear, I'm gonna do some serious riding this Spring and Summer.

Just got to move to a state where you have the potential to ride 365 days. I've been averaging about 21k a yr for the last 8yrs. My car gets all of about 2500 miles a yr. T-bags are great for grocery shopping too, I can get 4 gal of water, but then a 2nd trip for the food. lol oh well, more time in the saddle, though it is only a 10 mile round trip.

I bought my 07 NEW with zero miles on it the end of the 08 riding season, I put 9K on her this last summer in Wisconsin, so I'm sure I'll get another 9-11K on her this summer. At that rate I'll hit 100K in under 10 years, and 200K in about 16 years. By then, I might want to modify it to a trike so I can continue to ride until I'm 100!
