Can't Log In? 2 Years, 3 Months ago
Why do I keep loosing my name on the site? I get away for about 2 weeks and I am booted off and have to go through the whole log in and then my password doesn't work. Do I have to be on here everyday? ODB

Shouldn't loose your name. You do have to log in every time you go on the site though. I forwarded your post to the Admin to check things on our end. Steven

try deleting all your cookies/cache - reboot and see if it works. i had that problem on another forum.

There are a couple things that can cause that. The cookie problem mentioned by others is one.

If you are using the "remember me" option when you log in, thats about how long it lasts. Its not something I can change without doing some custom programming.

If you close your browser and you are not using the "remember me" you will be logged out. We keep a very short term cookie for normal logins. It gets deleted automatically by your browser when the browser closes.

If you need to change your password to something you will remember, go to our home page under the "user menu" and click on profile. That way you don't have to keep requesting a new password.
