A manager gets more than a cashier etc..ect.. Good luck to them! Mr Shamrock, we have some companies here in Manhattan where I live that are emplyee owned companies. That means that each employee owns a percentage of the company. There is still a managerial chain of command because the companies still needs that structure to run. Another example of why this country is great. Try and if you fail try again. The owner said he did fail but still was very successful. Hopefully the people who now own the company will be even more successful. Since some of them have been there for decades they have the dedication!!!
