I wander if he doled it out by percentage based on your position. A manager gets more than a cashier etc..ect.. I bet he kept the biggest percentage, that way there's only 1 boss.

That's what this forum and all other forms of media need more positive stories of good, normal behavior amongst people. You start to believe all the negative and buy into that mindset.Thanks Kai for posting

Mr Shamrock, we have some companies here in Manhattan where I live that are emplyee owned companies. That means that each employee owns a percentage of the company. There is still a managerial chain of command because the companies still needs that structure to run. But otherwise you want your company to do as well as it can because the bottom line is you pay yourself!!!!

Kai thanks that was awesome. Another example of why this country is great. Try and if you fail try again. The owner said he did fail but still was very successful. Hopefully the people who now own the company will be even more successful. Since some of them have been there for decades they have the dedication!!! Awesome
