has to be stripped or at the VERY least scuffed if your doing the same color over

Some guys on another site I'm on were having it done and werent't reporting any problems. But like ironman said, there is a noticeable texture to it.

People have been powder coating tanks and tins for years. In fact, about a third of the show bikes I come across are done that way. There can't be any filler on it though, everything needs to me metal finished. Body filler don't do so well in the ovens.

ya there are metal fillers or the old school guys use lead..
