Yep, Im sure... my daily driver 2000 (same year as this one) has over 115K on it... and this quote is directly from his add...

BUT REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A DAILEY DRIVER , IT IS A CUSTOM BIKE THAT YOU SACRIFICE LOOKS FOR FUNCTION . BUT CAN STILL GO FOR A LONG RIDE IF YOU WANT

Thats what I was going to say WOW.

The brake thing is cool. but I think thats a lot of backlash to slap on a chain or belt when going from throttle to stopping.

Is it a Harley? I have 100 questions for him right now. Where is clutch lever and brake lever?

It doesn't have a clutch lever he's running the EMF clutch, both brakes are actuated at the same time from the rear brake pedal.

I have a friend with a pretty heavily modified Victory Hammer, he's got a brake/drive setup for a rear brake as well except its a combination rotor/chain sprocket on the rear wheel. Actually a pretty slick setup, no problems with performance. I don't see why a brake on the driveline would be hard on the belt/chain, seeing as its built to deal with whatever ponies are put through it by the engine either accelerating or gearing down. The tire would probably break traction before anything happened to the belt.

As a more practical application, I noticed he's running a Warrior billet cam cover. That's something I had thought about doing, but that's the first one picture of a R* I've seen with one installed.

I noticed that also. It's the one thing I would really like to do to my R*. Curious what it takes to get there.
