He would freak out at the sight of a snake laying out on the road at night as they often do in Texas. One night a bunch of his brothers in arms placed a rubber snake in the trunk of his patrol car, six rounds from his service revolver sounded like machine gun fire, his buddies had to stop him from reloading and going at it again. The gas tank was ruined and luckily it did not explode. The force was short a few officers that night. The China man was using Japanese words and the snake was a squeezer not a biter If he were so deadly why did the guy open the lid and reach in and take it out bare handed and place it in the tank????
