Can you imagine the possibilites for customization and/or repairs for the R*?

"How to Cast Small Metal and Rubber Parts" written by the editor of a restoration magazine.

For a short book review: http://www.geometry.net/node/books/nonfiction/transportation/36213_4.html#68 .

Then click on the price to take you to amazon.com, then click on the picture of the book to see a few pages. Just over $10.

I used to make molds for investment casting. I have been thinking about using my new Nemisis intake as a model for such a process. I could draw it on the cad system and 3D machine a set of molds (one for the body and one for the core)then get it dipped to make the shell, But would need to find a place that pours aluminum, as the foundry i worked at just did brass and stainless steel.
