18" rear rim input 10 Months, 2 Weeks ago
so im looking at changing the wheels out the winter to some fat diamond spokes 211x3.5 front and possible 18" rear but here is what i need to know

1. if i change out the rear wheel to a rim made for hd applications i know i need to get with looney for the axle, brake stay, and spacers. but what i dont know is about the rear pully will the hd 70th pully work with my road* belt so it's bolt and go?

2. the stock rear wheel is 4.25" wide right?

3. if i go 18" on the rear what width of rim do i want to use with a unmodified rear fender and how wide of a tire?

any help would be great as im trying to get everything set up for the winter mod list

The HD pulley should work, but you will need to make sure you get the right size belt. Some of the hd pulley's are narrow. If your bike is like is 04 up I believe you already have the 1.25 belt so it should work with an HD pulley.
