Getting back to reality, I use baby powder or shower to shower, works for me.

Whitehorse Gear actually sales riding underwear which is supposed to wick away
moisture from your body. You can also get them with protective pading for thighs and
tailbone.

Cows bags get chapped from milking sometimes and that helps them heal. It's good on kids diaper rash too. And I think them guys in china doing that qi gong thing use it too.

And I think this thread may go on forever.
