Passed 20K yesterday.... 1 Year, 10 Months ago
Passed through the 20K mile mark on our 2007 R* yesterday on a beautiful ride to Mount Rainier. It was fitting to cruise through this milestone on such a great day. Despite being 93 degrees in the Yakima Valley, it was a very comfortable day in the mountains. Due to the heavy winter snows and cool start to summer, there is still plenty of snow in the higher elevations and the wildflowers are blooming everywhere. Buying a R* was the best decision I've made in a long time. I've added some creature comforts (Ultimate seats, Kury highway pegs, Kury Iso-grips, 4 inch risers, etc.) and a little shiny bling, but for the most part she is stock and runs great. Anyone wanting a bike that is comfortable to ride with power, good looks and dependability doesn't have to look any further than a R*. Looking forward to the next 20K!

Congrats sounds like you survived that heat I sure wish we could cool off at night to 93 degrees

I have had one of my R*'s now since I rolled it off the show room floor back in Nov.1999 It's now my wifes trike. Been a great bike, had a few problems with it, but anything mechanical is going to have some kind of problem sooner or later. I must say though 20,000 on a 2007 is not many miles but then again you get so much rain up there in the great northwest I'm sure that keeps you from riding alot.
