I agree with you 100%. I have said it before and I will say it again, We need to stay the hell out of every country and take care of our own. Protect our boarders and let other countries fend for themselves.
My biggest problem with any charity is the fact that so much of each dollar given to a charity is ate up by Administration cost. Why should someone running a charity be making over 100,000 a year??? I had a neighbor who ran the Lighthouse For the Blind. Every other year he got a new cadillac and wore fancy suits and ended up moving into a ritzy area. All on the charitable contributions of others.

Why does it have to be either/ or? Why not both? I give to a charity called Compassion International that helps poor kids all over the world who live under tyrants who have depleted their countries resources for their own selfish desires. And I give to charities domestically that help kids whose idiot parents have depleted the family's resources on their selfish desires.

Here are a few suggestions. On motorcycle boards, why don't you limit your comments to, motorcycles. Why stir up the pot by discussing controversial topics that will get a rise out of people. If you insist on making these comments, why are you surprised that you've been banned from certain websites?

If you have certain politicial or social views why don't you do something about them instead of hiding behind a keyboard in cyberland, trying to stir people up. If you don't believe in private individuals and corporations assisting internationally, why not set up a not-for-profit organization with the goal of raising funds to assist locally?

Find solutions to your concerns instead of pandering to folks about your issues with what private folks are doing.

By the way, I've visited Kenya and even climed Mt. Kilimanajaro and I didn't feel that I wasn't liked. Why would you feel that everyone in the continent of Africa doesn't like you? (other thank your views, that is).

I've got to agree with kryinggame here! Some of the folks on here, while VERY helpful with bike issues, delve into topics that appear to be just meant to foment unease and discontent.

But I would ignore me if I were you. I'm just one of those "liberal" or "open-minded" folks. Don't remember ever spewing any hatred or venomous rhetoric, though...

I see that at least as much if not more with conservatives, only difference is they hold a bible to their chest while they spew hate.
Everybody sees things from their own point of view & everybody else is wrong.
Throw religion in the mix and the only difference is that everyone digs in their heels.

I used to tithe to the church I was raised in until one day I needed $10.00 to by groceries for my family. (This was back in 1970.) I just wanted to put a meal on the table.(They denied my request) I even contributed to a special cause of the church only to find out that they were buying weapons for rebels in South America. I no longer give money to nebulous causes. Charity starts at home right? As long as one kid in America is hungry I'll never donate to a foreign relief cause. I guess I'm one of those people who believes in taking care of our country first.

amen !! We need someone like you in the white house.. we level countries during war and rebuild them better than what they were in the first place.. we send billions to countries who burn our flag.. what other country does this..russia? china?canada?? no,of course not..they are not fools..
